"Pizza looked really good!"
The pizza showed up looking fresh and nicely put together, with the toppings spread out really well. The box was a little messy, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it looked great and I was excited to dig in!

"It was a nice place to sit down..."
It was a nice place to sit down and eat. The vibe was good, relaxed and comfortable. The only dramatic twist in the story was that the tables were a bit sticky, which wasn’t ideal, but overall it was still a decent experience

"Open when I really needed pizza"
Got off work late and was starving, so I was relieved they were still open. The pizza was easy to grab, still hot, and I wasn’t not happy about how quick the whole thing was.

Not gonna lie, it was cheesy, crispy, and the sauce actually tasted really good. Almost too good, honestly, I kept wondering what they put in it to make it hit like that.

"Felt embarrassed having to keep asking for updates"
The tracking was pretty much useless, and I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep reaching out to ask what was going on. Nobody ever got back to me, so I was just left guessing the whole time...

"Pretty solid for the price"
Ordered from HotBox Pizza it was sorta better than I expected for the price. The portions were decent, everything showed up warm, and it felt like a fair deal overall. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had or anything, but it was tasty enough and hit the spot. I’d probably order from them again.

"Paying for my pizza was pretty..."
Paying for my pizza was simple. I figured it might be a hassle at first, but my card went through fast and there were a few payment options, which was nice. I did kind of assume the total was set before realizing the fees showed up clearer at the last step, so I wish that part was more obvious earlier. Overall though, it worked fine and I’d use it again

"I didn’t think much about the loyalty..."
I didn’t think much about the loyalty points at first, but after a few orders they ended up taking a decent chunk off our pizza night. It was a nice little surprise and made the whole thing feel more worth it

"They really do deliver out here"
I was surprised to find a pizza place that actually delivers to my area. To be fair, we’re a bit out of the way, so I don’t blame places that don’t, but it’s nice to finally have an option that does.

"Clean place, but I felt a little uneasy after paying"
The store was actually clean when I walked in. The tables were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and the bathrooms were decent enough, not spotless but totally fine. The only thing I noticed was a messy counter near the pickup area. My only weird moment was after I paid, because I found myself feeling a little unsure if my order was being handled or if I’d have to chase it down. Nothing major happened, it just made me a bit distrustful for a minute. Overall though, it was a good experience, probably 4 stars.

"Fresh and Worth It"
I know it’s a simple thing to notice, but the veggies were really crisp and the cheese actually tasted fresh. That’s why I felt good about ordering it, if the basic ingredients are done right, it makes the whole thing worth it.

"Pretty decent portions for what you pay"
I thought the portions were solid, honestly. The pizza filled me up, and the sides weren’t those tiny little add-ons you sometimes get, so that was nice. I did sort of wonder if some of the slices could’ve used a bit more toppings, but maybe I’m just being picky. For a regular order, it was enough food overall. I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and the staff was really nice. Everyone I talked to was helpful and made the whole visit easy.

"Parking was surprisingly easy"
Picked up a pizza from HotBox parking was no big deal at all. I found a spot right by the door, ran in, grabbed my order, and was back out in like 5 minutes. Made the whole pickup way easier than I expected.

"Good Pizza, Could Use More Options"
I tried HotBox Pizza and it was solid overall. They’ve got the usual basics you’d expect, and the pizza tasted fine, no complaints there. I just wish the menu had a little more variety, like more topping combos, extra sides, or maybe a few different crust options. It’s definitely not bad, but if you order from here often, it can start to feel a bit limited.

The pizza showed up in a standard box, and I mean, it did the job for the most part. It wasn’t falling apart or anything, but when I opened it, the bottom of the pizza had already gotten a little soft, which was kind of a bummer because I was really hoping for that crispier bite.
Nothing leaked, the box wasn’t crushed, and the whole thing looked okay, so that part was good. I just kept thinking it could’ve stayed warmer somehow, or maybe the box needed better ventilation, I don’t know. Overall it was fine, just not anything I’d call great...

"Fast delivery and still hot"
I ordered from HotBoxPizza it showed up quicker than I expected. The driver got to my place while the pizza was still properly hot, which I always appreciate because that’s not always the case with delivery. It was a simple, hassle-free order with no delays or issues. Definitely the kind of place I’d order from again when I don’t feel like cooking.

"I’ve ordered from HotBox a few times..."
I’ve ordered from HotBox a few times. It’s fine. Pizza shows up warm and tastes about the same every time, which I like. Crust can be a little dry. Toppings can be light. Not bad. Just average.
